At LÉMORI, we are committed to providing excellent service and delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We understand there may be occasions where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines when and how refunds apply, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Specific refund eligibility criteria and timelines may vary for each product.

Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from LÉMORI.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless faulty).

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Reporting Timeframes

3. Product-Specific Rules

Liquids: Cannot be returned if more than 14 days have passed.

Adhesives: Must be inspected upon arrival; any faults must be reported within 48 hours.

Allergy issues: Must be reported within 24 hours, accompanied by patch test evidence, photos, and medical documentation.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Non-faulty returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.
5. Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order after your return has been processed.
7. Assistance Before Refunds
If you claim a product is not performing as expected, we may offer assistance before a refund is considered.
8. Promotional Bundles
If you return part of a discounted bundle, the refund will reflect the full (non-discounted) price of the items you keep.
9. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
