Refund & Returns Policy

At LÉMORI, we are committed to providing excellent service and delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We understand there may be occasions where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines when and how refunds apply, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Specific refund eligibility criteria and timelines may vary for each product.


1. Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from LÉMORI.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless faulty).

  • For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. Reporting Timeframes

Damaged/defective products Within 7 days of delivery
Missing/incorrect items Within 48 hours of delivery, with your picking list included
Change-of-mind returns Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order; return within 14 days thereafter

3. Product-Specific Rules

  • Liquids: Cannot be returned if more than 14 days have passed.

  • Adhesives: Must be inspected upon arrival; any faults must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Allergy issues: Must be reported within 24 hours, accompanied by patch test evidence, photos, and medical documentation.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

  • Non-faulty returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.


5. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order after your return has been processed.


7. Assistance Before Refunds

If you claim a product is not performing as expected, we may offer assistance before a refund is considered.


8. Promotional Bundles

If you return part of a discounted bundle, the refund will reflect the full (non-discounted) price of the items you keep.


9. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
