Q: How long will it take to receive my press-on nails?
A: We typically need 1-2 business days to process your order. After that, shipping takes 3-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Q: Are your press-on nails handmade?
A: Yes, all of our press-on nails are handmade. Each set is carefully crafted by skilled artisans – no mass production, no machines. You get better quality, unique details, and a more natural look and feel.

Sizing

Q: How do I know if my nail size fits your set?
A: Follow Step Zero to measure all ten of your nail widths and compare with the size guide. If most of your measurements fall within 8-16mm, you can use the standard set.

Q: What if one or two nails in the 10-piece set don't fit me?
A: You can skip that finger, or substitute a nail from a neighbouring size (for example, ring and middle finger sizes are often similar). If certain fingers consistently don't fit, measure them and contact us for custom sizing.

Q: How do I choose between Solid Nail Glue and gel tabs?
A: It depends on how you plan to wear your press-on nails.

Choose gel tabs if you:

Want to change your nail style frequently (e.g. every 1-3 days)
Need a quick, mess-free application with no waiting time
Want to reuse the same set of press-on nails many times
Prefer a gentler option that removes easily with warm water

Choose Solid Nail Glue if you:

Want your press-on nails to last 1-2 weeks without lifting
Need a waterproof bond for showering, washing dishes or swimming
Don't want to reapply your nails every day
Prefer a solid tab that won't drip or spill like liquid glue

Q: How long does Solid Nail Glue last?
A: With correct application, it lasts 1-2 weeks. It's waterproof – showering and washing dishes are fine.

Q: Which is better – Solid Nail Glue or gel tabs?
A: It depends on your needs. Gel tabs are good for temporary wear and frequent changes. Solid Glue is better if you want a long-lasting, secure hold and don't want to reapply every day.

Q: Can I reuse press-on nails applied with Solid Glue?
A: Yes. As long as you remove them gently (using warm water), you can peel or wipe off the remaining glue from the back of the press-on nail and apply new Solid Glue next time.

Removal & Reusability

Q: Do press-on nails damage my natural nails?
A: No – when used correctly. Damage is usually caused by: pulling or forcing them off, applying to unclean nail plates, or applying over an existing fungal infection.

Q: How many times can I reuse a set of press-on nails?
A: With gel tabs: 10+ times. With Solid Nail Glue: 5-10 times (as long as you remove them carefully and don't damage the press-on nails).
